Where are your customers? And where should they be?

While teaching, I was also learning.
It was surprisingly challenging.
But it is difficult to break complex processes down into easy-to-understand, meaningful chunks and give them short titles.
Here’s my process from initial sketches to the finished illustration:

How to Start Your Roadmap:
- Break down your customer’s journey into 3-5 key steps.
- Use simple shapes to represent each step.
- Clearly label each step with short, meaningful titles.
